Greetings Supplier Partners!
We are inviting your brand to participate in a Round 6 2022 business review with your Category Merchant, Emilee Stayton. Suppliers are welcome to meet us in Austin for in-person meetings, but we will also have virtual meeting options available for those that cannot attend in-person or prefer to meet virtually. To schedule your meeting, please use the registration button above and select your preferred date, time and meeting format.
Please complete by end of day 7/26/2021. You cannot change the slot once you have signed up, do not make any modifications after you submit the meeting time.
Meetings will be 50 minutes in duration and there is a maximum of 6 attendees allowed to join from a given brand (including representatives from the brand, and brokers).
- New item PPT slides and an Excel New Item Form for any ACV Gap fill requests should be submitted to the supplier portal prior to your scheduled meeting. Please reach out if you need to make any adjustments to your submission.
- After registration is complete, we will send an Outlook meeting invite with meeting instructions and templates to prepare for our review including a PowerPoint deck that shows the state of your business at WFM. Please be prepared to present for no more than 30 minutes. Please also complete the Supplier Input Template (SIT) with funding details.
- Please send the deck and SIT form to Emilee.Stayton@wholefoods.com; Lizette.Coello@wholefoods.com. The SIT form is due by 8/13/21. Please send the deck at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled meeting
- Lastly, it is your choice on whether you would like to bring your broker to the meeting. This is up to the brand and whatever your preference is. If you would like to invite them, simply forward the meeting link.
